Diversity is once again on the front burner--in the US and around the world.
Not in a positive way, but as a controversy...
Hostility is rising toward religious and cultural minorities...and women....
This is happening in the US. even though in the the country is headed toward a time when the minority population will become the majority in around 2050. Why is this happening? Could this hostility be some sort of backlash????

is alarming because diversity is a fact of company life
And internally, most corporations have come to value diverse opinions and approaches with the knowledge that new ideas and directions can be more easily taken with a diverse workforce...
