kLIMLEY COMMUNICATIONS --giving your content strong impact
Over the next few years, we moved into other markets creating advertising sections for business publications such as Fortune, Business Week (now Blumburg), and the Harvard Business Review. We also handled a number of projects in the employee benefit field explaining employee benefit plans and products like 401(ks). At Institutional Investor, we created multiple advertising sections and a marketing program--"Puzzled"--to help sales rep cross-sell the company's many specialized newsletters.

Another area of expertise was diversity and inclusion. This started when I wrote "Borrowing Basics for Women" at Citibank early in my career. It included writing special sections for Black Enterprise Magazine, a diversity annual report for an oil company, and diversity newsletters for an engineering firm as well as Deloitte. For several years, I edited a well known online journal, The Diversity Factor, founded by Elsie B. Cross; during that time I was able to broaden and strengthen the content which included practitioner, academic, and personal commentary.
